Following the announcement of the Malaysia Tourism Tax Act 2017 by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Jinhold Hotel & Serviced Apartment has implemented the Tourism Tax (TTx) for tourists in compliance with the aforementioned Act. Registered tourists, who stay at the hotel, are charged

a flat rate of MYR10.00 per night, per room. This will be reflected in your guestroom's folio, and will be collected as a separate amount (additional to quoted room charges) prior to guest departure.

The following tourists are exempted from the payment of the whole of TTx when they stay at any accommodation premise in Malaysia:

• a tourist who is a Malaysian national (MyKAD holder);

• a tourist who is a permanent resident of Malaysia (MyPR holder).

Please note that TTx will be collected upon check-in at the hotel, if necessary. Payments made on our official website do not include charges for TTx.
